Are the bags authentic?

At Amana, authenticity is at the heart of our commitment.

All the bags we sell are 100% authentic and come directly from major luxury houses such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel and many others.

To guarantee this, we have put in place a rigorous authentication process:

Human expertise: Each bag is first examined meticulously by our experts specialising in luxury leather goods.
AI verification: We also work with an American company that uses artificial intelligence to analyse every detail of the bag, including the materials, stitching and logos.
Certificate of authenticity: Once authenticated, each bag comes with a certified authenticity card, guaranteeing its origin and history. You can verify the information on your authenticity card via this link.

What is Amana's return policy?

14-day returns
You have the right to change your mind. We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including when used for photo shoots or any everyday use, and in their original packaging.

Return procedure
To initiate a return, you can do so directly

from your customer account by accessing your orders.
If you do not have a customer account, please contact our customer service by email at louise@amanavintage.fr . You will then receive detailed instructions for returning your item.

Return costs
Returns are free. A UPS return label will be sent to you once your return has been approved.

What delivery options are available?

At Amana, we offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

Chronopost Pickup Point (Free): You can choose delivery to a pickup point, a practical and free solution in mainland France. Once your order has shipped, you can select a pickup point near you.

Standard home delivery (UPS): A fast delivery service directly to your home. Delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Express delivery (Chronopost): For those who wish to receive their order more quickly, we offer an express option with a delivery time of 24h in mainland France.

To ensure safe handover of the parcel, delivery to your home will be made against a secure code received by email or SMS.

Do you have a showroom or a store?

Currently, Amana Vintage operates exclusively online. We do not have a showroom or a physical boutique, but we do everything we can to offer a quality customer experience with detailed descriptions, precise photos and responsive customer service. You can always contact us if you have any questions or would like additional information about an item!
