Exclusive Return Policy

At AMANA, our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We understand that purchasing a luxury item is a significant moment and we are committed to providing an impeccable experience.
Returns within 14 days
You have the right to change your mind. We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused, including photoshoots or everyday use, and in their original packaging.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at louise@amanavintage.fr . You will then receive a return address and detailed instructions on how to return your item. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service, as we are only responsible for returned items once they have been received at our warehouse.
Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the same method of payment used for purchase, less return shipping costs, if applicable. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

Are the bags authentic?
At Amana, authenticity is at the heart of our commitment.
All the bags we sell are 100% authentic and come directly from major luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, and many more.
To ensure this, we have implemented a rigorous authentication process :
- Human expertise : Each bag is first carefully examined by our experts specializing in luxury leather goods.
- AI Verification : We also collaborate with a US company that uses artificial intelligence to analyze every detail of the bag, including materials, stitching and logos.
- Certificate of Authenticity : Once authenticated, each bag is accompanied by a certified authenticity card, guaranteeing its origin and history.
What is the return policy at Amana?
At Amana, you have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return, provided that the product is in the same condition as when you received it (unused, undamaged, with all original labels).
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

What delivery options are available?
At Amana, we offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
Mondial Relay (Free) : You can choose delivery to a relay point, a practical and free solution in metropolitan France. Once your order has been shipped, you can select a relay point near you.
Standard Home Delivery (UPS) : A fast delivery service directly to your home. Delivery times vary between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery (UPS) : For those who wish to receive their order faster, we offer an express option with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
Do you have a showroom or store?
Currently, Amana Vintage operates exclusively online. We do not have a showroom or physical store, but we strive to provide a quality customer experience with detailed descriptions, accurate photos, and responsive customer service.
