Changed your mind?

You have 14 days after receipt to inform us of your decision, without having to give a reason. Once you have communicated your decision, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Write to louise@amanavintage.fr or use https://amanavintage.fr/pages/renoncer-au-contrat. Notification requires neither a customer account nor prior return authorisation. Please provide the details needed to identify your purchase.

We arrange the return

The return is free, whatever the country of delivery, using the label provided by AMANA. If the label cannot be generated automatically for your country, our customer service will send it to you. The carrier and procedures are specified in our instructions.

The return address appears on the label we send you. If you prefer another means of transport, please contact us before purchasing it so that we can agree on how it will be covered.

Preparing your parcel

Return the item with the accessories and documents received, in protective packaging. If possible, keep the labels and original packaging. A removed seal or the absence of the original packaging does not automatically remove your right of return.

The item may be examined as necessary to assess its characteristics. Any depreciation resulting from more extensive use, for example daily use or a photo shoot that has altered its condition, may be taken into account under the conditions provided by law, on the basis of justified evidence.

Your refund

The refund follows the rules detailed in the Terms of Sale: fourteen days from notification, with the statutory postponement, where applicable, until the goods are returned or proof of their dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first. It uses the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed, and includes the initial standard delivery costs applicable to the cancelled sale.

The free label provided by AMANA is not deducted from the refund. A credit note is never imposed. Any delay in your bank displaying the refund is separate from AMANA's processing of it.

A defect or doubt about authenticity?

Contact us at louise@amanavintage.fr. A request falling under the statutory guarantees is not limited to the fourteen-day withdrawal period. The procedures are detailed in the Terms of Sale.
