Vérification IA : Nous collaborons également avec une société américaine qui utilise l'intelligence artificielle pour analyser chaque détail du sac, y compris les matériaux, les coutures et les logos.
Certificat d'authenticité : Une fois authentifié, chaque sac est accompagné d'une carte d'authenticité certifiée, garantissant son origine et son histoire, vous pouvez vérifier les informations de votre carte d'authenticité via ce lien.

What is Amana's return policy?

Retours sous 14 jours
Vous avez le droit de changer d'avis. Nous acceptons les retours de produits non utilisés sous 14 jours suivant la réception de votre commande. Veuillez noter que les articles doivent être retournés dans leur état original, non utilisés, y compris dans le cadre de shootings photos ou toute utilisation quotidienne, et dans leur emballage d'origine.

Les retours sont gratuits. Un bordereau de retour UPS vous sera envoyé une fois votre retour approuvé.

Chez Amana, nous offrons plusieurs options de livraison pour répondre à vos besoins :

Chronopost Point Relais (Gratuit) : Vous pouvez choisir la livraison en point relais, une solution pratique et gratuite en France métropolitaine. Une fois votre commande expédiée, vous pourrez sélectionner un point relais proche de chez vous.

Livraison standard à domicile (UPS) : Un service de livraison rapide directement à votre domicile. Les délais varient entre 3 à 5 jours ouvrés en fonction de votre localisation.

Livraison express (Chronopost) : Pour ceux qui souhaitent recevoir leur commande plus rapidement, nous proposons une option express avec un délai de livraison de 24h en France Métropolitaine.

Afin de garantir une remise du colis en toute sécurité, la remise du colis à votre domicile se fera contre un code sécurisé reçu par mail ou sms.
