What delivery options are available?

At Amana, we offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

 

Mondial Relay (Free): You can choose delivery to a collection point — a convenient and free solution in mainland France. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to select a collection point near you.

 

Standard home delivery (UPS): A fast delivery service directly to your door. Delivery times vary between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

 

Express delivery (UPS): For those who wish to receive their order more quickly, we offer an express option with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

What is Amana's return policy?

At Amana, you have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return, provided the product is in the same condition as when you received it (unused, undamaged, with all original tags). 

 

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

We will then provide you with instructions for returning your item.

Are the bags authentic?

At Amana, authenticity is at the heart of our commitment. 

 

All the bags we sell are 100% authentic and come directly from leading luxury houses such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, and many others.

 

To guarantee this, we have put in place a rigorous authentication process:

  1. Human expertise: Each bag is first carefully examined by our experts specialising in luxury leather goods.
  2. AI verification: We also work with an American company that uses artificial intelligence to analyse every detail of the bag, including the materials, the stitching and the logos.
  3. Certificate of authenticity: Once authenticated, each bag comes with a certified authenticity card, guaranteeing its origin and its history.

Currently, Amana Vintage operates exclusively online. We do not have a showroom or a physical boutique, but we do everything we can to offer a quality customer experience with detailed descriptions, precise photos and responsive customer service.
