What delivery options are available?

At Amana, we offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

Mondial Relay (Free) : You can choose delivery to a relay point, a practical and free solution in metropolitan France. Once your order has been shipped, you can select a relay point near you.

Standard Home Delivery (UPS) : A fast delivery service directly to your home. Delivery times vary between 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery (UPS) : For those who wish to receive their order faster, we offer an express option with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

What is the return policy at Amana?

At Amana, you have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return, provided that the product is in the same condition as when you received it (unused, undamaged, with all original labels).

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

  3. Certificate of Authenticity : Once authenticated, each bag is accompanied by a certified authenticity card, guaranteeing its origin and history.

We do not have a showroom or physical store, but we strive to provide a quality customer experience with detailed descriptions, accurate photos, and responsive customer service.
