A short guide to recovering your bags.

First of all, please know that we offer you two choices,

-either direct repurchase with payment within 72 hours after receipt of your bag

- otherwise the deposit of your bag with the payment following its sale

The difference between the two is that the price on deposit will always be higher than the price on direct repurchase, but the bags on deposit are still sold very quickly!

Our advice for a successful recovery:

• My bag will be clean: we try as much as possible to offer products in good condition, do not hesitate to wipe them with a cloth and give them a leather treatment before offering us your bags, this will always increase our trade-in offer :)
• My photos will be clear: try to take as many photos as possible so that the AMANA team can admire the beauty of your bag, show it off!
• Honest will be the description: Be as transparent as possible about the condition and defects of the bag so that no confusion arises between you and the recovery team
• Your packaging will be suitable: so that your bag arrives intact at the AMANA warehouse, choose a suitable and solid cardboard box.

The recovery process:

1- Fill out the form with all the information about the bag and contact information

2- The AMANA team will make you a takeover offer within 48 hours

3- If the offer proposed suits you then you will automatically receive a shipping slip in order to ship your bag

4- We will receive your bag within 2-3 working days

5- Upon receipt of the bag, the AMANA recovery team will check the conformity of the bag, if everything is good then we will confirm either the deposit of the bag on our site if it is a deposit, otherwise for a direct repurchase then you will receive the transfer confirmation.
