Exclusive Return Policy

At AMANA, our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that purchasing a luxury item is a meaningful moment, and we are committed to providing a flawless experience.
Returns within 14 days
You have the right to change your mind. We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused, including in the context of photo shoots or any everyday use, and in their original packaging.
Return procedure
To initiate a return, you can do so directly from your customer account by accessing your orders.
If you do not have a customer account, please contact our customer service team by email at louise@amanavintage.fr. You will then receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
Return costs
Returns are free of charge. A Chronopost return label will be sent to you once your return has been approved.
Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, minus any applicable return fees. Please allow up to a maximum of 10 business days for the refund to be processed — in practice, we generally handle returns within 2–4 days.
